You will not be charged a fee for exercising your rights unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case nnn7 may charge a reasonable administrative fee.

Where it is necessary to transfer personal data outside the Philippines — for example, to engage international identity verification providers or cloud infrastructure services — nnn7 ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the NPC's guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

Specifically, nnn7 ensures that any recipient of personal data outside the Philippines provides an equivalent level of data protection through one or more of the following mechanisms:

• A data sharing agreement or data processing agreement incorporating NPC-approved standard contractual clauses;
• The recipient's adherence to a recognized international data protection framework;
